The Silkmen recorded their third successive draw at Grimsby on Tuesday, but Bolland saw enough to suggest they can push up the table.
He said: "We have drawn quite a few games recently but it is important that if you don't win, you don't lose.
"We have a great team spirit and if we continue like we are we will climb the table."
