Macclesfield are still without striker Ricky Sappleton (knee) and defender Paul Morgan (wrist).Hamza Bencherif completed 90 minutes against Leicester in midweek and is likely to retain his place, while Ross Draper is fit enough for the bench.
For Shrewsbury, Sean McAllister will continue to deputise for the suspended Kevin McIntyre in midfield.
Striker Kris Bright will not be considered, as he continues to recover from illness and his shoulder injury.
Shrewsbury manager Graham Turner told BBC Radio Shropshire: "Macclesfield are one of the more unfancied sides, and people'll be expecting us to go there and win on the back of the results we've already had.
"Sometimes after a big cup result, sides will be on a high and sometimes fail to get back down to earth for the Saturday.
"We've got to make sure it doesn't happen to us."
